Pole Fitness Classes
Pole Kittens
Beginner (Start Here!)
Pole Kittens is the perfect starting point for your pole journey and the required intro for all Iron X pole classes. You'll learn the foundational spins, tricks, and moves needed to safely and confidently build your skills.
Only one Pole Kittens class is required to move into "All Levels" or Level 1, but we recommend at least 8 weekly classes before advancing to Level 2. Students should have a strong climb and solid grasp of basics to progress.
Wear comfortable shorts, tanks, and sports bras—no heels, please.
Pole Kittens is not required for lyra, aerial yoga, handstands, or stretch classes.
Intermediate Tricks
Beginner/Intermediate
Level 2 Iron Tricks is where your pole journey kicks up a notch! Build on your foundations with more advanced tricks, transitions, spins, and combos. You'll also begin working on inversions like the basic invert and inside/outside leg hangs.
Instructor approval is required to join. Level 2 is the prerequisite for Level 3 Iron Tricks.

The Aerial Series
Intermediate+
A 4 week series for level 2/3+ students
Ready to take things to the next level—literally? Flip Side is a four-week pole series dedicated to building strength, control, and confidence in your inverted tricks. We’ll focus on safely entering, holding, and exiting inverted shapes like shoulder mounts, extended butterflies, aerial inversions, and more. Expect combos that challenge your brain and body, plus drills to clean up your technique and boost stamina.
Students should be comfortable with basic inversions or actively working toward them.
Wear comfortable shorts, tanks, and sports bras—no heels, please.
Advanced Tricks
Advanced
Level 3 Iron Tricks is our advanced pole class for students ready to take their skills to the next level. You'll master challenging inverted tricks, combos, and transitions that push your strength, control, and creativity—all while spending more time upside down.
Wear comfortable shorts, tanks, and sports bras—no heels, please.
Iron Conditioning
All Levels
Iron Conditioning is all about building the strength and control you need to level up your pole skills. This class focuses on pole-based conditioning exercises that target your core, grip, and overall body engagement—helping you develop the muscle and technique to defy gravity.
Pole Kittens is a prerequisite for this class.
Wear comfortable shorts, leggings, tanks, and sports bras—no heels, please.
Open Studio
All Levels - UNGUIDED
Need to practice, but maybe you don't have a pole at home? Open Studio is time for students to come in to the studio and work on their skills. Students may help themselves to the crash mats, lyras and aerial hammocks.
Please only do tricks within your level! This is not a guided class and instruction is not provided. Students are responsible for their own safety during this time.
There are no prerequisites for this class.

Pole Dance Classes
X Dance Foundations
Beginner/All Levels
Strong never felt so sexy as it does with our X Dance Foundations pole dance class. Pole sisters will take their fundamentals from Pole Kittens into a choreographed dance routine. Don’t be nervous! We keep things fun and these routines fairly basic for dancers of all experience levels. Whether it’s your first routine ever or your 100th routine simply because you enjoy it, X Dance Foundations allows pole sisters to find their style and experience a pole routine.
Comfortable shorts/booty shorts, tank tops/t-shirts, leggings and sports bras are all acceptable as attire for this class. Leg warmers are also encouraged.
Students have the option of wearing heels but they are NOT required for X Foundation. Socks are encouraged as well.
Chair Dance
All Levels
Time to get a little wild in our Chair Dance class! In these classes, we blend together pole and chair to make magic. Students will learn chair/pole combos and tricks in a choreographed routine.
Comfortable shorts/booty shorts, tank tops/t-shirts, leggings and sports bras are all acceptable as attire for this class. Leg warmers are also encouraged.
Students have the option of wearing heels but they are NOT required for Chair Dance. Socks are encouraged as well.
Slink School 101
Beginner/All Levels
Slink School is in session! This all-level class geared toward beginners is all about building dance skills. Let’s dig into some basic pole dance and floorwork moves and slink them together into a gooey combo. Let’s get creative! Opportunities for exploration and freestyle are always a part of the Slink School curriculum.
Students have the option of wearing heels but they are NOT required for Slink School. Socks are encouraged as well, bare feet are always acceptable.
Midnight Moves
Intermediate+
Midnight Moves is an intermediate+ heels choreography class that serves up club-style flow with a side of filth for four week increments. Inspired by the smooth, sensual transitions seen on stage in strip clubs, this class focuses on linking tricks, floorwork, and flirty details into one seamless, choreographed routine. We’ll play with musicality, attitude, and the kind of movement that makes you feel like a midnight babe—in the best way.
Play, Girl! Artistry in Movement
All Levels
A class for all people and all levels of dance from beginner to experienced. Get out of your head and into your imagination as you explore the art of movement in this freestyle class. The primary focus of this class is to translate your own personal expression into dance.
Each class we will journey into a variety of freestyle games, as well as focusing on technique and creativity in one foundational element of dance that you can take with you into your pole trick combos, choreography, and of course, your freestyle!
Clothing layers recommended but not required. You may dance however you are comfortable. I recommend options such as pole shorts if you want some pole stick, as well as pants or knee pads, a shirt, and socks for rolling around on the floor.
Baddie Confidence
Intermediate+
Baddie Confidence is more than just a class—it’s your invitation to take up space, move with intention, and channel unapologetic self-expression. This all-levels experience blends floorwork and low flow pole with movement influences from exotic, contemporary, freestyle, and heels to help you explore your sensuality and personal power.
Each 4-week cycle introduces a fresh curriculum focused on musicality, body mechanics, and building embodied confidence—on and off the pole. You’ll be encouraged to make bold choices, move authentically, and embrace your inner baddie, no matter where you are in your dance journey.
New to pole? We recommend taking a few Pole Kittens classes first to get comfortable with the basics—then come back ready to glow.
Hard Style Choreography
Intermediate+
Hard Style Choreography combines floor work and low flow of Plastic Strip and acrobatics Pole Elements. Class will help give you the ability to control the body – work on elasticity, coordination, emotions, proper execution of dance elements. If you’ve ever longed to dance like Eva Bembo, Daria Che or Olga Koda, this class is for you. You will get a great cardio workout, gain strength and agility, develop a fluid pole flow, most dancers notice a difference in their bodies and in dance style within the first month of taking regular classes.
Lap Dance
All Levels
Less talk, more grinding with these super sexy routines. Learn the art of striptease for an audience of one in our student favorite class. This class will explore having a partner in a chair and how to let your temptress run the show through floorwork, body rolls and chair tricks. Whether you have a partner waiting at home, or you're single and just looking for an exciting routine to take home with you, Lap Dance class is for you!
Please DO NOT bring your partner to class! We might like it weird at Iron X... but not that weird.

Floor, Aerial & Off the Pole Classes
Stretch & FleX
All Levels
Splits, back bends, and straddles everywhere! Time to loosen up and stretch it out. Whether you’re looking to perfect a split, nail a wider fan kick or just relax and release the stressors of the day, Stretch and FleX class is right for you. We turn down the lights, turn up the soothing music and will work on all levels of flexibility.
Comfortable attire such a yoga pants are encouraged. You are welcome to bring your own mat to class.
This class has no prerequisites.
Beginner Lyra
Beginner
Whether you've seen them at the circus, in shows or at a competition, lyra (also known as aerial hoop) has been a beautiful and long standing aerial apparatus. In Beginner Lyra, students will learn basic level lifts, tricks & transitions, as well as strength training. Students will work on combining tricks into into a combo of their own making.
No experience required. Students are highly encouraged to wear leggings and bare feet. If you prefer the unwrapped lyra, shorts are recommended.
This class has no prerequisites.
Aerial Hammock
Beginner
In Aerial Hammock, students will discover a fun way to gain strength and flexibility! Students will learn aerial holds, yoga-like poses and be challenged by this apparatus.
Students are recommended to wear capri or ankle length cotton pants and cotton short or long sleeve shirts.
Avoid the shiny jogger material pants as they can be slippery. Tank tops are also not recommend.
Please, remember to remove all jewelry, to protect yourself and the fabric.
This class has no prerequisites.
