The Concept

We offer exciting classes of all kinds to fit what you are looking for when you walk through our doors. On our schedule, you'll find classes that focus on everything from fitness to twerk to sensual dance. We pride ourselves on offering a variety of classes, including off the pole classes such as Liquid Floorwork and Stretch and FleX, as well as other aerial arts, including lyra and aerial yoga. Every class is designed with our students in mind, aiming to work towards your goals and help you achieves heights you never thought possible. 

The Atmosphere

Iron X Fitness is located in the heart of Sarasota in our own freestanding space. But we are more than just a building. In our 1,200 sq ft space, we've created an aerial space that has become a second home for many, an escape for some and place of happiness for all. The environment in our classes is energetic, positive, welcoming and high energy. We love what we do, and you’ll feel it. 

At Iron X Fitness, inclusivity is important to us, so before you worry if you will be welcomed here, know that we welcome everyone. We want you here not in spite of who you are, what you look like, your background or why you're here, but because of all of that. Our family is built of women, men, them, students, teachers, strippers, misfits, mothers, goof-balls, introverts, extroverts, LBGTQA+, white-collar professionals, small business owners, those who feel broken and those who have healed. We wouldn't want it any other way.

Every one of our teachers is passionate about pole. It’s a passion that comes through in every pole class and workshop, bringing positive energy and purpose into every moment. Whether you're here to find a new way to fitness, find your sexy or explore something new (and make some friends along the way), we promise to walk with you to meet those goals. Our focus is an environment built on empowerment. Our classes are filled with laughter, cheering, clapping and encouragement - not only from your instructors - but from your pole family.
